Universal Cleaning is a privately owned cleaning company which has always believed that the best way to service our clients’ needs is to adopt and encourage a very high profile and visible presence from all levels within our company – from our Managing Directors, throughout our whole management team. Our directors personally monitor many of our clients’ sites and they continually keep close contact with the workforce carrying out their daily duties. Management of a wide range of ‘soft services’ is a standard requirement for many of our clients, and with our highly competent management team we deliver these services in support of the cleaning operations. Our services are available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks per year day – part-time, full-time, day or night, using our own directly employed labour. Training is our main management tool for ensuring that a quality service is delivered to our clients. We believe that we have the most unique and effective training system within the cleaning industry – using the most high-tech communications equipment available. Universal Cleaning believe in organic growth, so we foster our talents from within, fully utilising and promoting the skills already available to us.

SAFETY AND TRAINING
When undertaking work, public safety is very important. All our staff are fully insured and trained in all aspects… Before work begins, an initial visit to asses the best and safest approach is arranged.
